You are invited to join us in the fun by setting up a booth.
The Maumee Summer Fair attracts approximately 22,000
visitors a year. We offer areas in Arts & Crafts, a Fine Arts
area, and Commercial vending.

Our "Arts & Crafts" web page features the artist's name
and wares or media, with an opportunity to link to your website. As soon as you register for the 2009 Maumee Summer Fair you will be listed on our website.

Booth spaces are 16 ft. wide x 10 ft. deep. You must supply your own tables and tents/cover. Please read all rules outlined below and on the registration application. It is your responsibility to be aware of vendor policies.

Set Up Rules / Parking
Vendors set up between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m. No vehicles in display area after 8:30 a.m. No early breakdowns will be permitted. Parking information will be included in your confirmation letter. Volunteers will be available to direct you in set up.

Summer Fair Vendor Policies:
The Maumee Uptown Business Assoc. (MUBA) reserves the right to accept or refuse any application. This event is family oriented and exhibitor may not display or sell goods that directly or indirectly promote the use of drugs, alcohol or tobacco. Non-food vendors are NOT permitted to sell any food or beverage from their space. Violation of policies will cause the vendor's fair permit to be revoked and booth closed. The MUBA is not responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibitor's property.

HOW TO REGISTER: Registration deadline is July 12, 2009
Applications postmarked after July 12 must include a $20 late fee.
1. Include your booth fee, payable to: Maumee Uptown Business Association. Send to: MUBA, 605 Conant St., Maumee OH 43537

2. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope in order to receive your space number and confirmation information.

3. Print and fill out the application form by clicking on the link below. Everyone must fill out an application - new or renewing vendors.

4. No rain date, no refunds due to weather and no early breakdowns.

5. Handicap booths available upon request.

6. NEW APPLICATIONS must include a picture of your booth with your product display to help assist us in providing proper space location.

7. Booth assignments will be made and placed in the mail by 8/1/09. 
Please allow 10 days to receive.
